OUR EXPERTISE

Our AGM solutions

AG LVMH.jpg
Building from its yearly analysis of the CAC 40 AGM, Capitalcom developed a specific expertise on how to prepare that meeting.

In the circomstances of our times, marked by doubt, volatility and secrecy, the AGM constitues an ideal opportunity to communicate with the shareholders.

Our solutions are taylor-made depending on what you need : logistics and organisation of the AGM, emphasis on the stakes and key subjects, strategic watch, communication strategy, etc.

Gouvernance extrafi.jpg

Two tendencies come out of our study : more diversity in the composition of boards of directors and a deeper sensitivity for extra-financial issues.
