Right in between the sustainable development week (April 1st to 7th) and the beginning of 2010 General Meetings season, Capitalcom, associated with the French Institute of Administrators (IFA) and the Observatory for Corporate Social Responsibility (ORSE), conducted a study on responsible governance practices within CAC 40 companies. Two tendencies come out of our study : more diversity in the composition of boards of directors and a deeper sensitivity for extra-financial issues.

A la veille de l’ouverture de la saison des Assemblées Générales 2010 et à l’issue de la semaine du développement durable, Capitalcom s’est associée à l’IFA, Institut Français des Administrateurs, et à l’ORSE, Observatoire de la Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises, pour réaliser une étude inédite sur les pratiques de gouvernance extra-financière des Groupes du CAC 40. Il en ressort une double évolution : des Conseils d’administration plus divers dans leur composition, d’une part ; et plus ouverts aux thématiques extra-financières, d’autre part. Lire le communiqué
